We’re heading into a very active period for both EverQuest and EverQuest 2 as expansion announcements have been made and a slew of various holiday events are on the horizon…

But the big news this week, has been the 30th expansion for EverQuest, Laurion’s Song

Laurion’s Song has now been made available for Pre-Order, which also allows you into the Laurion’s Song beta.

More details on the expansion were released this week, along with the expansion key art,  Laurion’s Song Trailer, and expansion items…

For the 30th expansion of EQ, a new level cap os 125 is available, along with 7 new zones

The zones are :

  • Laurion’s Inn
  • Ankexfen Keep
  • Pal’Lomen
  • The Hero’s Forge
  • Moor’s of Nokk
  • Unkempt Woods
  • Timorous Falls

Many of the zones appear to be at earlier times in Norrath’s history, So a little time travel, or  reliving the memories of heroes appears to be in order.

We also got a sneak peak at the various expansion items that are available, depending on the expansion bundle you purchase.

TLP & HOLIDAY EVENTS

For TLP servers, the Aradune and Rizlona servers have now unlocked the Veil of Alaris expansion! Good luck on Alaris and some of my favorite content in the game.

Meanwhile, Fall 150% experience gains continue on all servers until October 23, and Nights of The Dead has already begun and will continue through November 7th!

In EverQuest II, Nights of the Dead is also now happening across Norrath. There’s a new quest, new collection and new housing items for all those decorators out there! And new costumes as well….
