There’s still plenty of time to finish up the “Frostfell: Santug Claugg” achievement if you haven’t completed it yet as it ends 11pm PST, January 7th, 2025.
If you completed stage one of this task before December 15th you will have your “Santug’s Stocking” which is currently a small 2-slot bag.

If you missed the first stage you can still complete the following quests but will have to wait until next year to get a stocking and to finish the achievement. My previous guide covers that stage in detail.
Note: If you don’t want to complete the achievement and just want the fully upgraded 10-slot stocking you only have to complete 4 of the 5 quests below. Some tasks can also take quite a bit of time like the “Fishing for a Feast” task. If your baking, blacksmithing, or pottery skills are low it could also take awhile to complete “Baking for a Feast“
A Gift for Tinam
Santug is back in the cities after stage one and has a couple tasks to complete. I recommend finding him in The Plane of Knowledge if it is unlocked on your server, otherwise seek him out in any main city. If you hail him and he says Frostfell is nearing it’s end with no quest keywords just say “What [things]?” to him and it will trigger this quest.
Santug tasks you with getting a clockwork-dolly from a mean old gnome by the name of Ebenizer who can be found on the docks in Butcherblock Mountains.

Once you find him say [clockwork dolly] and he tells you he will give you the doll if you get him a special gem from a dwarf here in Butcherblock. The dwarf is named Horgram and can be found near the south wall by the Greater Faydark zoneline.

Once you find him say [gem] and he tells you he wants hair from the fairest lady around, Hagbletha. She can be found just a little southwest of the Druid Ring in Butcherblock.

She roams from the green arrow to the Dwarven Statue

Tell her you want her [hair] and she knows exactly who wants it. She agrees to give you some but of course, she wants an item in return! She tells you about a barbarian by the docks and that she wants the skin off of his back.
Head back to the docks in Butcherblock and find Firin McYorth and tell him you want the [skin] off of his back.

He knows the troll Hagbletha is quite jealous of his bear skin cloak so that must be what she wants! He only wants one small favor before he will give it to you though. He gives you a bag of coins and tells you to give it to a rather fast and slippery aqua goblin called Morky.

He roams around the Aqua Goblin Camps south of the docks

He runs pretty fast and can be hard to spot so a SoW or mount might be needed although you can just wait in his path and hail him as he runs towards you. He should stop when you hail him allowing you some time to give him the bag of coins.
Once you do he will hand over his spear and you can finally start the chain of turn-ins to get down to the clockwork dolly. So start back tracking to all the people we just met and give them the item they want until finally getting the doll.
Now you can go back to Santug Claugg wherever he is easily located for you and give him the Clockwork Dolly. You will receive a Frostfell tree as your reward and complete this part of the achievement.

With this quest done you can hand over your stocking to the nearest Frostfell Goblin upgrading it to a 4-slot 40% reduction bag.
Santug’s List
The next task from Santug has you finding pieces of his torn-up list. Find any Santug and ask him about his [list] to trigger this quest. He tells you that when he was captured by The Grinnuch his grimps tore up the list!
This task is pretty easy and can be accomplished in any zone that the grimps spawn in just like in stage one. I found the easiest place to be Everfrost as they all spawn right next to PoK book. Only difference is these grimps are invisible! So be sure to have a way to see invisibility.

Kill several of these grimps until you have all 10 pieces of the torn up list. It can take awhile if you get unlucky and can’t get the last one you need as they can drop a lot of duplicates. They are lore at least so you can’t hold more than one of that piece.

Return to Santug and give him all the pieces and you will be rewarded with a Santug Suit! This will also complete that task for the achievement.

After completing this quest be sure to upgrade your stocking at the Frostfell Goblin to a 6-slot 60% reduction bag.

Baking for a Feast
This quest is started by speaking with Hargar the Velium Chef (Frostfell Cook) who will be near the Santug of your choice in any main city. Hail him and follow the [baker] option of dialogue (you can also pick up the fishing quest at this time if you choose).

This task has you baking the following items as well as making tins with either blacksmithing or pottery. I have listed the blacksmithing recipes for these as they are more easily made at lower tradeskill levels.
If the Bazaar is unlocked on your server you might get lucky and find these baked goods for sale, otherwise you will have to make them yourself. I recommend reading through the recipes and gathering all ingredients first as well as making the required tins and cookie cutter. These will be returned on pass/fail so you only need one of each (Pie Tin, Bread Tin, Muffin Tin, Animal Shaped Cookie Cutter).

Fishing for a Feast
This task took me three days to complete as I had bad luck with fish drops but it is possible to catch all four rare fish in a row at a location. Either way I’d plan at least a couple days of casual play to complete this one.
If you didn’t snag the quest while getting the baking task just speak with Hargar again and follow the [fisher] dialogue.
Upon accepting it you will receive “Hargar’s Fishing Notes” which gives you the fishing locations. You will also need 3-4 fishing poles in case they break along with A LOT of bait. Ramos Jerwan in PoK sells these fishing supplies but any fishing vendor will do.
We will have to travel to the following zones:
- High Hold Pass
- Lake Rathetear
- Everfrost Peaks
- Dagnor’s Cauldron
- Feerrott
Being a porting class made this easy and if PoK is unlocked you can reach these locations quickly as well. If neither of these are an option for your class/server then be prepared to pay for ports as well as a lot of running.
The note Hargar gave you mentions using a heat/light source for a couple of the fish, I am not sure if this really helps or not but we can start by getting this item just in case it does increase your odds. Every rare fish you catch will have a System Message of “You caught a rare fish!”.
Head to Everfrost and seek out Maryg The Fisher who is standing by a hole in the ice on the frozen river in the zone. He sells a “Nest Lantern” which can be held in your secondary.

Equip this lantern and your fishing pole and start fishing away at the hole in the ice. I made a clunky fishing macro for this as I wasn’t doing much else in game at the time. You can change it up to fit your needs as it will lock out other commands until it completes.
Fishing Macro:
- /pause 105, /doability 3
- /pause 105, /autoinv
- /pause 105, /doability 3
- /pause 105, /autoinv
- /pause 105, /doability 3
Note: I had my fishing ability set to slot 3 so be sure to change this to whatever slot yours is in.
Keep fishing until you have caught 4 “Everfrost Trout”.

Highpass Hold
Head to the lake by the Tiger’s Roar Inn and start fishing until you catch 4 “High Pass Carp”.

Lake Rathetear
Once in zone go to the Aviak island and fish up 4 “Golden Eye Salmon”.

Feerrott
You’ll have to go either side of the river by The Temple of Cazic-Thule and fish up 4 “Cazic Angler”.

Dagnor’s Cauldron
This last part is done from anywhere on the central island in the zone. Depending on your level you might have to watch out for the pathing aqua goblins, so be careful. Fish up 4 “Dagnor’s Bonefish” to finish up this quest.

Once you have 4 of all 5 types of fish head back to Hargar and turn them in. You will receive “Hargar Brand Fishing Pail” and your choice of some cooked variants of the fish we just caught.

After completing this quest you can turn your stocking in to get the final 10-slot 100% reduction upgrade.

Fireworks
For this final task speak with Fireworks Engineer Fabdabus who will be located near Santug and Hargar. He tells you there won’t be any fireworks this Frostfell because they’ve all been stolen!

There are 3 versions of this quest depending on your level but the fireworks you have to find are the same. These versions are:
- 1-20 Blackburrow, Crushbone, Upper Guk
- 21-40 Castle Mistmoore, Lower Guk, Solusek’s Eye
- 41-60+ Nagafen’s Lair, Old Sebilis, Chardok
The fireworks required are:
- 4 Ak’anon Skylights
- 4 Steamfont Geysers
- 4 Big ‘Sploder Fireworks
The drops on these can take a little while and they drop off mobs in the zone. You should be able to take down mobs at the entrances of these dungeons without crawling in too far.

Santug’s Gift
The final part of this achievement is only obtainable from December 24th to December 26th and you get it by hailing Santug in any main city and asking him to [check] his list. After checking you will receive a free gift and a well deserved achievement unlock.

I hope you found some useful information in here if you’re attempting this achievement. These tasks have been in-game for quite awhile now and most people have already done them on multiple characters. I wanted to try and get all this info in one place to make it a little easier for people who haven’t done these quests though.
Have a Merry Frostfell and get ready to do some fun New Years events in Norrath!
