A new month, and a new Herald.

The eleventh herald to set up their camp on Norrath is the herald of Mithaniel Marr, the Truthbringer. Twin brother to Erollisi Marr and some debated relation, possibly son, to Tarew Marr. Mithaniel has made his presence known on Norrath a few times in recent years. One example is within the Shard of Love, where adventurers first encounter him.

Adventurers will find the herald’s camp within The Commonlands, just South of the entrance to the city of Freeport.

The herald is a tall human male in full paladin armour. Including the winged helm.

On his back he carries a claymore with glowing symbols and a large shield. The claymore looks to be a slight reskin of the famous Qeynos Claymore. One which adventures can obtain by following the questline in the Kingdom of Sky expansion.

Herald Merchant

The Mithaniel Marr Divinity Merchant is a Froglok wearing plate armour which has a radiant effect on the shoulders.

His items for sale include the usual weapons that we see in all other merchants plus a few Mithaniel Marr specific items.

The Banner of the Truthbringer is the sigil of Mithaniel Marr, a shield with a sun emblem and a sword.

Truthbringer’s Valorous Glaive; a two-handed very long sword with a glow effect on the blade.

Valorous Shield of the Truthbringer; a round shield with the winged helm in the centre. This would look perfect with the shiny armour bought from the merchants in Qeynos.

Two Heralds will be setting up camp each month in 2024 to celebrate The Year Of Darkpaw. So far we’ve seen eleven heralds and are anticipating the next one to arrive Mid – June.
